Important Notes about shipment-please read BEFORE making your order.
We usually send the items by EMS - Express Mail Service of Japan Post Office. Basically, the postage of EMS is less expensive than the cost of FedEx or DHL. ( This is only when we ship small items. Large or heavy items, like Tansu, are not applicable as EMS items.) However, while the cost is the most reasonable, if an EMS item is lost, stolen, or its contents are damaged while being handled by the Post Office, the receiver should file the Damage Report to the local post office.
Therefore, in case of such accidents, we need your agreement that you will have to make contact with your local post office to file the Damage Report. If you do not wish to use EMS and prefer shipment other than EMS, please indicate it, before completing your order.
Unless indicated, we will ship your order by EMS.
